Full Refundable Damage Deposits are returned to guest within 7 days after vacating property if no damage happened in the unit during guest stay.   Any damage over $50 will be subtracted from any remaining deposited amount.  Any damage  that is over $501 will be billed to guest.  We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance at time of booking.

We have a Pack and Play crib/playpen inside the cottage for your use.

Upon Request Guest May Have the Option To Delay Check Out Time With Prior Owner Approval.  Extra Hourly Charges May Be Imposed At Owner's Discretion Based On When Next Guest Is To Arrive.
